I do not want to get the whole situation of JK Rowling, but working in any form of journalism is that you sometimes need to talk about things that disturb you, especially if these things involve someone you admire in the old days.
Later in Questions and Answers, Haddad answered a question about diversity / inclusion by adding that WB Games works with LGBTQ rights organizations and has spent an hour and a half to speak to the Director From the representation of Trans media at Glaad. No mention of rowling or Harry Potter there

Basically, Rowling has made many statements and tweets in previous months, not only by supporting people who have had trouble for transphobic opinions, but sharing his own opinions on the subject, who have all been categorically convicted by a variety of LGBTQ groups.
"
His opinions have disturbed many people. Hell, I am a Party of the LGBTQ community, and it bothers me. Obviously, it disturbs the WB Games staff (the parent company of the PORTKEY GAMES Editor and Developer Avalanche Software), because its president, David Haddad, would have spoken to answer the controversy.
The alleged statement reads as follows:
"Although JK Rowling is the creator of Harry Potter, and let's give life to this world with the power of Portolin, in many places, she is also a private citizen, which means she has the right to Express your personal opinion on social networks. I may not agree with her and may not agree with her position on a range of topics, but I can agree that she has the right to express her opinions.
Fortunately, it seems that WB Games acts responsibly and works directly with LGBTQ rights organizations, including the Glaad Director of the Media and Representation, Nick Adams.
Working with LGBTQ groups is a big problem, and if it's true, it means that WB is doing its best to solve the controversy. Since JK Rowling has no direct involvement in the game and he speaks directly with Adams, it might suggest that we could (hope it) see trans characters in the game, or at least have the possibility of Create a trans character for ourselves. .
A guy can dream, right?
