The Tokyo Game Show once again ensures surprises and announcements for which a turn on is worthwhile. Publisher and developer Capcom has also sponsored. After unveiling the release date as well as a demo for the PC version of Monster Hunter Rise, one threw a closer look at the recently announced extension Sunbreak.
In a good five minutes, a few things presented on which fans of Monster Hunter Rise (Buy Now 52.39 € / 47.99 €) in the paid DLC. In addition to old acquaintances, new monsters also mix up the battlefield and bring a tidy action into the already exciting hunt.
Old monsters and the master rang go back, a fire new dragon elder to do it
In the contents of Sunbreak you can immerse yourself after completing the seven-star quest snake goddess of thunder . As you betrayed at the TGS, the first thing to do is a completely new basis, from which you can break into the new areas of the extension. One of these areas has already been shown in the trailer: dilapidated castle ruins, over which a red moon rises in the night and radiates his bloody light.
Also see in the trailer is one of the new monsters of Sunbreak. This bears the name Malzeno and is probably a brand new dragon elder. Players may set themselves on tough fights when they return to the other dragon elibles from past titles. Speaking of the tough fights: Casually in one side rate one also mentioned that the master rank comes back.
But not only new monsters celebrate their debut, even old celebrations their comeback. Among other things, among other things, the giant crab Shogun Ceananaur with its huge scissors. It is definitely designed for the more extraordinary creatures that have the series to offer. Further monsters from old games should follow, so we can see who also sneaks into the areas of Sunbreak.
Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak appears in the summer of 2022 for the PC and the Nintendo Switch. So far, the exciting hunt is only available on Nintendos handheld console, but a PC version follows on January 12th.
